What is Soft Play?

Soft Play is an activity for small children 5 and under that involves playing in a specially designed area with soft surfaces and equipment.

How to Book/Deposit

When Should I Book? How Do I Reserve My Date?

We recommend booking at least 6 weeks in advance, Spring and Summer are our busiest months! To reserve your date, we recommend making a deposit of $50 to make sure no one else can book out your time/date.

What is Your Delivery Fee/Where do You Service?

We charge a $50 delivery fee if you are located more than 20 miles outside of 22192. We do not charge a set-up fee or clean-up fee.

Indoor/
Outdoor Set-up/Weather Conditions

We can set up inside and outside, we work with your space! Outside set-ups must be on flat grass or soft surface/deck, no set-ups on driveways. Weather conditions must be forecasted clear for time of outdoor rental, and can be moved indoors if conditions changes the day of, prior to setup. Party can be rescheduled if weather is terrible or if it cannot be moved indoors, to an available date.

How Often Do You Clean the Equipment?

We clean all pieces of equipment - including every single ball from our ball pits - prior to EVERY event! We use a baby and kid-safe cleaner and sanitizer from Force of Nature to make sure sure it's safe for little hands and feet.

What is Your Cancellation/Damage Policy?

You will receive a full refund if cancelled within 48hrs of event, your $50 deposit will be forfeited if cancelled within the 48hrs. No fee for reschedule.

In regards to our damages policy, the person who booked our services is responsible for replacement of any equipment that is beyond repair or equipment cleaning fee due to guests not following our posted rules such as paint stains, gum/food/drink stains as stated in our waiver.
